Yesterday, Wednesday 26 February 2025, the docufilm Miss Italia must not die was released worldwide (on Netflix).
Unfortunately, Ramia Paolo could not see it, because – as you know – he closed his eyes to this world on Wednesday, 22 January, a few days after turning 60.
Ramia Paolo’s music has accompanied Miss Italia for many years. In fact, Patrizia Mirigliani, patron of the beauty pageant and a long-time friend of Swami Roberto and Anima Universale, told us that the soundtrack of the documentary also includes the official anthem of Miss Italia, composed and produced by ramia Paolo.
The anthem is titled «Miss Italia is» and Ramia Paolo composed it in 2011. That year, the final evenings of the competition were broadcast in prime time on Rai1, presented by the late Fabrizio Frizzi. The Misses sang the anthem a cappella at the end of the final. Frizzi commented on the impromptu performance: «The theme song of Miss Italia, Patrizia, so dear to you. On this soundtrack that has accompanied all the selections of Miss Italia, we salute you».
The anthem can be heard in several moments of the documentary, both played on stage during the selections, and sung live by the contestants.

For Miss Italia, Ramia Paolo also created «Miss, dream and reality», the new theme song for summer 2023. In the docufilm, you can see the contestants of that edition of the pageant rehearsing the ballet choreography during the production of this video made for social networks:
